Abrottea, CULTURAL HISTORICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL BROTAS PROACTIVE ASSOCIATION, founded in October 2009, has in its end to energize  together with its associates, population and Brotas visitors, through all legal ways, providing the development of the historical, cultural and environmental heritage directly related to Brotas.

Article 1

NAME, HEADQUARTERS and DURATION

1 – The Association, non-profit, adopts the name of CULTURAL HISTORICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL BROTAS PROACTIVE ASSOCIATION – ABROTTEA, and has Its Headquarters in Rua da Igreja, 30, Brotas, Brotas, Brotas Parish, Mora municipality and is constituted by undetermined time.

2 – The Association has the Legal Person Number 509 173 101 and the Identification Number of the Social Security 25091731015.

 

Article 2

PURPOSE

1 – Abrottea, CULTURAL HISTORICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL BROTAS PROACTIVE ASSOCIATION, founded in October 2009, has in its purpose to energize together with its associates, population and Brotas visitors, through all legal ways, providing the development of the historical, cultural and environmental heritage directly related to Brotas.

 

Article 3

RECIPES

Are recipes of the Association, namely:

a) the initial jewel paid by members;

b) the product of the assessments made by the General Assembly;

c) income of the Association’s own assets and recipes from social activities;

d) donation accepted by the Association;

e) subsidies granted to it.

 

Article 4

CORPORATE BODIES

1 – Are Association’s Corporate Bodies the General Assembly, the Administration and the Supervision Board.

2 – The term of office of the Corporate Bodies is 4 years.

 

Article 5

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

1 – The General Assembly consists of all members in full enjoyment of their rights.

2 – The competence of the General Assembly and the manner of its operation are set out in the Civil Code, in particular Article 170 and Articles 172 to 179.

3 – The board of the General Assembly is composed of three members, a President and two Secretaries; they will drive Assembly meetings and draw up the minutes thereof.

 

Article 6

ADMINISTRATION

1 – The Administration, elected at the General Assembly, consists of five members.

2 – To the Administration is responsible for the social, administrative and financial management of the Association, represent the Association in and out of court.

3 – The way of functioning is established in Article 171 of the Civil Code.

4 – The Association agrees with the intervention of the President and another member.

 

Article 7

SUPERVISION BOARD

1 – The Supervision Board, elected at the General Assembly, is composed of 3 members.

2 –The General Assembly is responsible for supervising the administrative and financial matters of the board, monitor their accounts and reports, and gives opinion on acts involving expenditure increase or decrease in recipes.

3 – The way of functioning is established in Article 171 of the Civil Code.

 

Article 8

ADMISSION AND EXCLUSION

The conditions of admission and exclusion of members, their categories, rights and obligations, shall be included in regulations to be approved by the General Assembly.

 

Article 9

EXTINCTION. DESTINATION OF GOODS

Upon termination of the Association, the destination of the goods that integrate the social heritage, which are not earmarked for a particular purpose and that have not been donated or left with some charge, shall be subject to resolution of the members.
